不少平时用Epayments的朋友这两天提到Epayments所有的交易都无法正常完成，一经调查才知道：Epaymets 暂停了所有的交易！
以下是Epayments原文：
Here it is, ePayments temporarily stop working.
“On the February 11, 2020 ePayment Systems Limited (‘ePayments’) agreed with the Financial Conduct Authority (‘FCA’) to suspend all activity on its customer accounts. This decision was taken following a review, by the FCA, of ePayments antimoney laundering systems and controls, which identified a weakness that required remediation.
We know this will be a very frustrating time for our customers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working tirelessly with the FCA to ensure improvements are made and accounts can be reactivated as soon as possible. During this improvement process, we want to assure customers that their funds are being safeguarded as normal.”
翻译过来就三句话：
第一，我们依法和金融监管部门开展反洗Q调查；
第二，期间所有交易暂停，啥时候恢复使用？答案未知！
第三，我知道你着急，不过你账号里的钱是安全的，啥时候恢复正常等我通知！
Epayment账号暂停期间，如果Paxum能作为替代工具的话，大家可以随时联系我。
Paxum能为你做什么:
（1）充值流量平台（比如EXO,TF等平台）;
（2）转账到个人或者商家的Paxum账户完成支付；
（3）收取affiliate广告联盟的资金；
Paxum的费率：
从中我们可以看到，账户的维护不需要费用，如果6个月没有交易的话一共扣5美金；下面的”Prepaid Card Account“这个预付卡年费45.95刀，这玩意一般收不到，也没啥用。这些都是次要的，关键是每次入账要不要收入账费用？像paypal那样就没啥意思了。每次入账或者交易的费用是0.25刀，注意是每笔！一天交易限额一万刀。
